Are you passionate about creating a community where everyone belongs?
Find out how you can get involved in this pioneering project!
“Community for Everyone’ is a groundbreaking project that aims to foster inclusion and belonging by connecting volunteer social connectors with isolated individuals with intellectual disability who share similar interests. This project will not only enrich the lives of those involved but also strengthen inclusion in the Hunter.
Join us for an information session that will give you the chance to:
- find out about the project
- discuss what it takes to be a social connector
- hear about the free training and support provided
- meet others who will be part of the project.
To launch our exciting project, we are running information sessions. Choose the session that suits you!
We have both an online and in-person session to kick off:
Online: Thursday 25 July, 5.30 – 7.30pm, Zoom
In-person: Friday 26 July, 12.30 – 2.30pm, The Place Community Centre, Charlestown
Join us to be part of the change you want to see!
